Partner Director/Sales Lead

Our client is a leading company in digital marketing field worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead/Partner Director to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales and operations professionals, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships within the digital media sector in South Africa. This leader will play a critical role in expanding our client's client base, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team within our client's organization, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for our client in South Africa. Identify and pursue new business opportunities on behalf of our client, including strategic partnerships and collaborations within the digital media sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, effectively representing our client and its services. Collaborate with the other teams to develop innovative sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to meet business objectives. Requirements Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development roles within the digital marketing/digital media industry. Strong network of contacts and relationships within the digital sector in South Africa. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
