T&D Project Manager

Overview Position: T&D Project Manager Hire Resolves client is looking for an experienced T&D Project Manager to oversee and manage the development and implementation of training and development programs within their organisation in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working within the training and development field. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to meet the needs of our organisation Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with department heads Create project plans and timelines for the development and implementation of training programs Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of training programs to senior management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in project management within the training and development field Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in project management tools and software Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred
