Chief Financial Officer

How you'll roleAs the CFO you will oversee financial reporting and controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, cash flow, conducting financial planning and analysis, creating scenario models, providing advice to the CEO on corporate finance matters, structuring and planning capital and taxes, managing debt and equity financing, and handling corporate governance. Beyond being the financial steward, the CFO will also offer guidance to the CEO and the Board of Directors regarding the overall strategic direction of the company.The perfect candidate for this role should combine financial diligence with entrepreneurial zeal, demonstrate robust analytical abilities, and harbour a sincere passion for African business. Possessing a spirit of adventure and a good sense of humour would also be advantageous.
