Job Title : Manager - E-Commerce Department : E-Commerce Reporting To : Senior Manager - E-Commerce Location : ChennaiKey Responsibilities: Professional Services o Bolster e-business through seamless B2B connectivity with CMA CGM's customers by implementing, maintaining, and expanding API and EDI integrations. Program Management & Operational excellence - Ensure all committed integration projects are delivered as per specifications and on time. Customer relationship management - Ensure simplification of customer shipping cycle through agile support and improvement of existing integrations. Business Process Orchestration - Ensure various business and technical processes work in harmony for smooth integrations. Support product vision by being the conduit of market feedback and by performing UAT of new developments Support digital go to market/commercial strategy Digital Support o Bridge between Product owners, Development and Infrastructure Teams, Customers and Regional officers to provide L3 support for eCommerce Platform. Business Intelligence to convert support request analysis into necessary process changes or product enhancementsEnable L1 team and Regional Officers in their mission to provide immediate support and drive customer digital adoption o Support HO mission of lesser Time To Market Work flow tool product vision Drive product development team to adapt the work flow tool to changes in digital offering and deployment methodologies. o Deliver enterprise class robustness and sustainability in an agile environment Drive continuous improvement and process excellence Foster a team environment that fosters innovation and nimbleness in within the overall direction set by eCommerce HOKey Performance Standards:Time to market and quality of integration projectsOptimal levels of supportAgility in developing and deploying quick solutions for business requirements within the technical landscape of the group Requirements and Specific Skills:Leadership ability. Inspire team to transform vision into reality in a challenging environment. Excellent rigor and organizational capacity.Very good ability to coordinate & communicate with various levels of stakeholders. Educational Background & Technical KnowledgePreferred Management Post Graduate / Engineering graduate in Computer Science with minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant roles.Must have experience managing a team - preferably in an Agile environment.Candidate having experience in shipping Industry is preferredBasic knowledge on SQL databasesShould have good knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Project Management tools including JIRA & Confluence.Knowledge of any language/ .NET / PHP etc is an added value.Experience in Salesforce Service cloud is an added value PRB
