Dear Applicant,Greetings from Computacenter!We at Computacenter have few opportunities for Desktop Support Engineer interested candidates please send your updated resume to Pavan (pavan.nallagonda@computacenter.com)Below are the details for the above opportunity.Experience: 1 to 3 yearsLocation: Mumbai (Work from Office)Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days.Skills required: Desktop Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Windows 10 or any higher OS.Education: Any degree / BE / BTech (regular education)Job Description:Experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops.Familiarity with asset management process.Ticketing tool experience (ServiceNow).Ability to handle all desk side support tickets.Video Conferencing support knowledge required.Good to have the knowledge about Excel for data updates.Performing system installations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures to prevent service outages.Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken.An associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.A minimum of two years experience working in end-user support and IT performance analysis rolesOversee the movement, installation, and maintenance of devices or equipment required for project implementation.Tracking assets & monitor device inventory, usage, and performance in the field.Lean to Classic conversion (OS Build).Desktop peripherals installation (Keyboard, Mouse, Webcams & Docking Station)AV Support (L1)IT Asset Management & Reporting.Coordinate field activities, including equipment deployment, device setup, and logistical support for project teams.Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines while managing any unforeseen challenges or obstacles.Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vendors when their presence is required. This role involves coordinating schedules, providing necessary support during transportation, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. PRB
