Experience: 2 - 8 YearsWork Location: ChennaiEducation: Engineering (ECE , EEE)Drives overall requirements management activities Defines the RMP (Requirement Management Plan) and aligns how attributes will be handled along with FOs, SW, EE, ME and Test requirements.Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchangesCreate documents Collection (DTL)Manage and track changes respective to documents versionAllocates Stakeholder requirements for analysis (starting from DTL Allocation) to the System team (customer functions (Under Function Lead responsibility) and product supporting function (under Product System Engineer responsibility)Supervises traceability between stakeholder, system and metier requirements (not responsible for creating traceability links)Coordinates review of the system (element) requirements with other members of the team (e.g. Function Lead, Function Owners FOs, System Architect, System Tester, Sw, HW, etc..)Create traceability reports and metrics (End to End traceability)Reports overall (Stakeholder, System , Software, Mechanical, Electrical) requirements metricsGenerate project baseline upon project leader request and participate in CCB meetings.Reacts on SIQ requests related to requirement management and to participate to SIQ meetingsContribute to the customer compliance matrix based on project needs.Manage the system glossary and establish the shared understanding across the R&D team.Contribute to the project for process alignment towards APSICE / Valeo requirements engineering standards.
