As a key contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products.Job responsibilities Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities Assists in research and data collection Develops and maintains a good understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor offering to specific markets Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks Collaborates with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for expansion and new product launches Conducts comprehensive analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviour Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements Takes on the role of industry influencer in Saudi Arabia's Payments industry by actively participating in events and associations while driving thought leadershipRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge in Product, Technology, or Project Management Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle Understanding of basic analytics tools Good understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements Ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Effective communication skills for presenting ideas, plans, and strategies to a diverse audience Proficiency in conducting market research and scans to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences Relationship management and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partnersJ.P.
