Position: Vice President Corporate FinanceLocation: GurugramExperience: Atleast 20 years of corporate finance work with large/medium companies in infrastructure / manufacturing sectors in IndiaCompany Overview:A leading company into Renewable Energy-Lead Corporate Finance domain-Overall responsible for all corporate finance & fund raising related activities of the Corporate-Lead a team of 4 to 5 Corporate Finance Professional-Manage / supervise the sourcing of debt / funding / working capital including refinancing activities from domestic and international banks/financial institutions and debt capital markets, ECBs / ECAs, etc. in a time bound manner-Set & maintain the Financing & Treasury Policies w.r.t all corporate finance and treasury related activities including forex, interest rate, dividend policy, etc. including its monitoring & compliancereview and managing the Capital Structure, Cost of Debt / Cost of funding, finance related policies for the various India Businesses in the country-Maintain compliances w.r.t all external loans, debt, trade finance facilities, ratings and internal equity/quasi-equity related instruments /issuances, with zero non-compliance and within stipulated timelines.-Managing the relationship with all banking and external stakeholders (rating agencies, banks, financial institutions, etc.) at India level.-Manage and comply with all the financing related approvals and reporting requirements to Global HQ w.r.t alI Indian businesses in the country.
