Business Analyst Quality Assurance

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst who is comfortable working in a techno-functional role with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a proven track record of successfully bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of new and existing network participants onto ONDC network Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives on the network.Review the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Product Requirements Document (PRD) to develop Test Flow and Business Scenario Flows.Conduct thorough analysis of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and other technical components to identify potential risks, constraints, and dependencies.Provide expert guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the project.Conduct comprehensive analysis of business operations related to quality assurance to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Identify automation opportunities and implement technology solutions to improve process efficiency and scalability.Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Assess operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise potential impact on business operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.Stay informed about industry trends to proactively address/mitigate risks and adapt the processes as per various business trends & scenarios.Generate reports and documentation to track key performance indicators, project milestones, and compliance metrics.Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on techno-functional roles.Strong understanding of both technical and business concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in analysing and documenting complex business processes and requirements.Hands-on experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Knowledge of APIs, database systems, programming languages, and other relevant technologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus PRB
