Job Description for Cards SME: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Cards domain (Credit, Debit, Prepaid)Experience with leading banks OR leading cards product companies like Fiserv, TSYS etcKnowledge & experience in end-to-end cards lifecycle management is mustExperience in business analysis, writing Cards BRDs, SOPs etc is mustCandidates must have led at least one full-fledged Credit Cards project from BA standpointExperience in Quality Assurance will be an advantageExperience in cards ecosystem e.g. origination, channels, collections, Visa, Mastercard, Rupay etc is necessaryGood presentation, documentation and customer relationship management skillsExperience in digital cards, wallets etc will be an advantageQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in Cards CoE Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills PRB
