Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.Our NABH-accredited, 20 bedder (single occupancy rooms) psychiatric hospital in Gurugram offers evidence-based residential, daycare, & outpatient treatments.About the RoleSukoon is seeking a Clinical Head - Psychiatry Services who will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and establishing strategic partnerships to promote our Psychiatry Centre Chain. The ideal candidate should have a MD in Psychiatry with over 9+ years of experience having strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities. A high professional maturity, great work ethic, and excellent communication skills will help succeed in this role.Responsibilities:Building organizational reputation Leading our multidisciplinary team members in redefining and delivering the resident/ client experience of highest-level care to OPD and IPDContributing to research and academic activitiesIf you're Leading transformative initiatives, standardizing clinical procedures, policies, and protocols, and promoting a cohesive and efficient clinical environment Strategic planning, executing plans for Clinician Connect and growth PRB
