The company has been growing over above 25% for last three years and currently implementing brownfield expansion and modernization project to grow 3X from current 350 Cr. to 1000 Cr. revenue in next five years.The company is actively looking for inducting accomplished senior professional to take the company to next level with planned transition from owner managed to professionally managed organization.Overview:The ideal candidate should be from a listed manufacturing company with hands-on experience in IPO. They will be responsible to lead the financial strategy and management for thecompany. The CFO will be a key member of the company's executive leadership team and will beresponsible for providing strategic financial direction, overseeing financial operations, andensuring the company's financial health and compliance. The key responsibilities will include: Financial Reporting and Control Risk management Financial Management Strategic Planning Investor Relations and Team leadership Compliance and GovernanceReporting to: DirectorsTeam: Will be responsible to lead a team of about 15 - 20 person managing above FunctionQualifications and Experience:Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.Experience: At least 18 years of progressive experience in finance as a CFO or a senior financial executive in a mid-sized or large manufacturing environment, preferably within the steel industry.Industry Background: Must have experience in a publicly listed company within the manufacturing sector.IPO Experience: Proven track record of managing and executing IPOs.ERP Knowledge: Strong experience with ERP systems, with the ability to lead implementation and optimization.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations and accounting standards.Exceptional financial analysis and reporting skills.Ability to create and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Sound decision-making abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and technology.A commitment to ethical business practices and compliance.
