Position: HR Operations InternLocation: Bangalore, IndiaJob Summary: Join us as an Onboarding Intern where you'll spearhead the welcoming process for new team members, ensuring their smooth transition into our organization. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating various aspects of onboarding, from paperwork to orientation sessions, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all.Job Duties: Preparing onboarding materials and documentation for new hires.Orientation sessions and ensuring new employees have necessary resources.Introductions and helping new hires acclimate to the organization's culture and processes Helps in maintaining accurate employee records in HR databases and Employee information, including personal details, job titles, and status changes.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies..General administrative support to the HR team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.Helps in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments for HR staff.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR operationsWorks extensively on Microsoft Excel for Data Records. Qualification - Masters/MBA (HR Domain preferred)Skills - Strong in Ms ExcelInternship Duration - 6 Months OnsiteStipend - INR 20,000 /- PRB
