Our mission to deliver superior value to customers, stakeholders, employees and society at large.Mochiko is a leading specialist in manufacturing footwear, footwear components, and accessories. The Company has tied up with a plethora of industry leading multinational footwear brands including Adidas, Reebok, Decathlon, Skechers & and PUMA, catering to their domestic requirements in the India market. Mochiko has the largest currently installed capacity of > 10 Million pairs annually, with sites in Gurugram, Noida, Dehradun, and Rishikesh.With Agilitas and Mochiko now working in unity, we are now looking to hire for several exciting new positions within the Mochiko manufacturing division, working closely with the wider Agilitas business in bringing the most innovative products to market by 2025.We are currently looking to hire a VP of Industrial Engineering that will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Mochiko Group by optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the achievement of our ambitious production goals.As VP of Industrial Engineering of Mochiko Group, you will play a critical role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks and require strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills. This will be a role based in Delhi, with regular travel to the above mention manufacturing sites.Job Title: VP Industrial Engineering (IE) Company: Mochiko GroupReports to: COO Shoes- Mochiko GroupDirect reports: IE Unit heads (at present) ten units.Job Description:Optimization: Identify areas in the manufacturing process that can be improved for increased efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced product quality.Planning: Plan and optimize the utilization of production facilities, machinery, and labour to meet or exceed the monthly production target.Control: Work closely with the finance team to monitor and manage production costs, suggesting cost-saving measures wherever possible.Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.Manufacturing: Implement Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance overall efficiency.Automation and Technology Integration: Explore opportunities to introduce automation and advanced technologies to streamline production processes.Leadership: Manage and lead a team of industrial engineers and other production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve company objectives.Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve manufacturing processes.Sustainability: Promote sustainable manufacturing practices and identify ways to reduce the company's environmental footprint.Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among the industrial engineering team.Requirements:Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the footwear or apparel industry.analytical and critical thinking skills.in manufacturing software and tools.leadership and communication abilities.knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.of sustainability and environmental standards.
