Job Description of Preschool Curriculum Developer/Specialist:- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the cognitive development stages of elementary school children.- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the curriculum prescribed by government bodies relevant to early childhood education.- Evaluate and discuss curriculum standards adopted by various countries and educational boards.- Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional methodologies and educational technologies tailored for elementary school children.- Conduct thorough research and analysis to refine and standardize the curriculum.- Proficient in selecting appropriate and impactful instructional materials suitable for young learners, and adept at developing innovative instructional strategies.- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and deliver engaging presentations to large audiences.- Develop protocols and procedures for teachers to effectively implement the curriculum.- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training conferences and workshops.- Provide training and support to teachers and instructional staff on integrating new content or technology into their teaching practices.- Act as a mentor or coach to support teachers in enhancing their skills and professional development.Required Skills:
