Responsibilities:  Establish and maintain professional credibility using excellent verbal and written communication, training presentation, and facilitation skills  Provide communication, soft skills, voice and accent training to NHT batches & on floor associates  Manage projects to achieve business objectives in a timely and accurate manner.  Use solid analytical and decision-making skills to assess account performance gaps and learner needs  Conduct needs analysis, research, and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of employees  Design, develop, and create a variety of instructional materials and job aids in accordance with identified needs within time and budget constraints  Knowledge of adult-learning principles and methodologies including classroom management, coaching, curriculum development, and/or lesson planning  Provide clarification and effective feedback to learners & supervisors as needed  Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, KPTs and Dipchecks  Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.  Assist Quality & Operations team to enhance & improve employee skillsets to deliver results and performance  Conduct side-by-side coaching/floor walk when not on training assignments and thus contribute to operational goals  Prepare training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials  Participate in strategic planning sessions to design learning and development strategies and roadmaps  Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactiveIdeally, you should have:  Have minimum of 2 years of working experience as Voice and Accent Trainer/Communication Trainer/Learning & Development in US/Canada BPO/ITES Industry  Excellent communication, presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills  Proficient in MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset  Problem-solving and critical thinking skills  Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams  Must have the ability to identify communication skills gaps to help improve performance  Technical experience to coordinate the development, maintenance, and implementation of training schedules, outlines, plans, and lessons.  Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in English/Communication /Humanities with relevant certification courses. Ex - TTT, Voice and Accent certificates, etc.  A team player who is supportive, flexible, and ready to take on additional tasks.  Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented with an ability to work with across teams and supervisors.  Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse point of views.  Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed  Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools  Understanding of Technology, Sales, Consumer Behavior will be preferredPlease share CVS at:richa.chauhan@binarysemantics.comContact:8587021720 PRB
