The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP and Wordpress development, coupled with a deep understanding of SEO strategies and Google Analytics.Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of our company's website, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and optimal performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.Manage a team of developers, designers, and content creators, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user engagement.Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics, identify key performance indicators, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development, SEO, and digital marketing.Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.Troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular backups, and implement contingency plans to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.12-18 years of proven experience in website development and management, with a strong focus on PHP and Wordpress.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.Extensive knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
