Role Description - General CounselJob Purpose: To ensure all legal aspects related to current business operations & future acquisitions across geography is being addressed as per governance guidelines & norms of The companyResponsibilities: legal matters pertaining to The company's domestic and international operations are addressed appropriately in the areas ofLawEstablishment & Landappropriate guidance / inputs on drafting contract and agreements to various functions like Sales & Marketing, Purchase & HR.with law firms (based on country) for appropriate legal help towards international lawlegal matters related to M&A.guidance and direction to the team.the Companies legal operations to the overall direction of The larger enterprise .and Reporting on legal matters to The Companies LeadershipReporting: The role will operationally report into the CFO Desired Profile: LLM with 20 years of experience of working in Indian Multinational having manufacturing set up. Exposure of working in project companies would be preferred. Experience of working as Business Partner Lawyer and working along with business to provide appropriate inputs in legal matters and understanding of litigation is a must. PRB
