Primarya. Formulate new natural personal care products with the intent that the products have a more food like feel and textureb. Define the formulation steps to scale the formulations for mid-scale to large-scale productionc. Test raw ingredients and finished products to ensure it meets the defined chemical characteristics2. Secondarya. Assist in defining the manufacturing process norms for compliance with government and industry standardsb. Set safety and quality standardsSkill sets1. Master's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or pharma. Prefer person having Post doctorate2. Ideally worked in personal care research and development of a company and has formulated own products3. Experience in formulating natural or Ayurvedic products.
