About The Team:You will be working with a team of analysts. Together you will work closely with stakeholders from the company ANSR (a sister company of Talent500) and Talent500. You will drive initiatives to solve problems related to recruitment. It's an exciting time in this team where you will get to work closely with cross-functions to unlock exponential business growth. This will also include driving deep business insights and driving initiatives with product and operations.What You Will Do:Identify the right metrics to track progress against a given business goalDevelop compelling stories with business insights, focusing on the strategic goals of the organizationCreate and automate reports / dashboards to assist business teams with quicker RCA & making action plansDesign, run and measure experiments to test business hypothesesProvide actionable insights to stakeholders and influence them to implement them.Work with Business, Product, and Data engineering teams for continuous improvement of data accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completenessWhat you will need to succeed:Preferred if you have worked in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.You must have 2-3+ years of experience in analytics.Highly proficient in scripting, business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, DOMO / Tableau / Visual tools, and MS Excel.Medium proficiency in product analytics- Google analytics, Machine learning, Forecasting, etcStrong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations.Automation of Excel and other reports with Python and macrosTechnical-Excel, SQL / Redshift, Python, Google Analytics / Omniture, Dashboards DOMO / Tableau / Power BI / Google Studio / QlikViewAnalytical Thinking & Problem-SolvingBachelors in Engineering from a reputed Institute.
