Read More on: https://www.yulu.bikeRole Summary:As the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing essential IT systems, installing, and configuring workstations and network hardware, troubleshooting issues, staying updated on security threats, and developing documentation for security policies and system enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.Installs, configures, and maintains local and remote workstations and peripheral equipment like Printers, phones.Troubleshooting issues on user workstations and network devices.Installs, configures, and maintains network hardware such as routers, switches, and wireless access points, Internet, LANs, WANs and Network Segments.Stay updated on emerging threats and industry trends in IT security to proactively address potential risks.Develop and maintain documentation related to network security policies, procedures, and protocols.Develop and recommend solutions to system and process issues.Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience working in IT infrastructure and network security roles.Knowledgeof the different operating systems like Windows, Mac and Linux.knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.Experience in Service Desk, End Point Device & Security Management, Application Support and Network TroubleshootingStrong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.We assure youA friendly culture where you are encouraged to share ideas and opinions.A journey that will challenge and reward you in multiple ways.
