VACANCY: AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

REPORTING TO: Chief Engineer

LOCATION: Heidelberg, Gauteng

Aero Support Force has a contract requirement for a responsible, knowledgeable, and attentive individuals to fill an adhoc position in Heidelberg for Starlite Maintenance Johannesburg working on a Super Puma major inspection.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of Aircraft:Serviceable Aircraft DeliveredEnsure all work is carried out according to OEM Documentation.Carry out fault finding and defect rectification.Ensure the correct spares are ordered.Maintain Good Tool control.Comply with SACAA or other relevant Authorities Regulations.Maintain a high-Quality Standard.Adhere to Standard Times for Maintenance Task.Experience in defect diagnostics and rectifications.Experience in embodiment of modifications, satisfying ASBs, CSNs, SSIs and ADs.Conformance to Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Problem Solving.Good Analytical skills.Strong on Compliance.Good Administration skills.Good Communications skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The following list of qualifications is essential to fill the position:

Valid EASA, FAA A&P or ICAO licenseExperience on: AS332L1 (or similar Super-Puma series), H225, H2153 onsite roles // 6-week rotations

The above position will be filled in accordance with the Recruitment and Selection Policy to achieve the Groups Objectives and Goals.
