Job Description:
As a SHE Administrator you will be required to offer logistical support to, SHE Business Systems and internal and external reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with all relevant role players to ensure stable SHE systems working environment
Train users on the SHE systems and provide on-going support Isometrix
Update and maintain user access on transactional SHE systems
SAP
Review and confirm data integrity on the systems prior to reporting periods
Address systems and data queries from users
SharePoint
Systems include, but are not limited to:
Upload and extract assurance findings, incident investigations etc.
Job Requirements:
3 years' working experience in the mining and/or processing industry.
Power BI experience and knowledge advantageous
3 years' working experience in administrative function, specifically document control and records management
Stakeholder engagement
Ability to work with Excel/ Data Sheets/ Pivot Tables/ Dashboards (Ability to create and build)
Experience working with transactional software systems.(Isometrix, SharePoint)
Grade 12
Meeting Deadlines
Administration qualification (NQF 6)
