Roles ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit videos using written content briefs or footage shared by team members Ensure all videos adhere to Grips brand colours, fonts and style Research and suggest new short-form and long form videos styles to be used across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for both organic posts and paid ad formatsEnsure video content is created and delivered inline with daily posting deadlinesCreating engaging video content that helps achieve marketing goals Create innovative templates & formats that help scale in-house video productionQualification:Has proven skills in the areas of video editing and animations with 3+ years of experienceIs detail-oriented with a good eye for final outputIs someone who is used to creating quality content at scaleIs self-motivated with a positive attitude and has strong communications skills Candidates with experience working in agency, start-ups and financial services businesses will be preferred PRB
