HR Consultant

Join us at Scipex Consultants, a dynamic and rapidly growing consulting firm, as an HR Consultant. In this role, you will support our organization in various HR-related activities, including onboarding, team-building events, policy development, and other HR initiatives.Responsibilities:Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a seamless transition and integration into the organization.Organize and coordinate team-building events and activities.Assist in fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR topics as required.Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.Assist in facilitating performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in HR consulting role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This is a consultant role and not a full-time position. The consultant will work on an as-needed basis to support HR initiatives and projects as they arise. PRB
