North West, Rustenburg Application Engineer - (PUMPS / MINING) Rustenburg, North West Entry Level Graduates Salary: R18 000 + Company vehicle + Cellphone + laptop (Working on site 3-4 days per week) You will be joining the Technical Sales Department whose main focus is to support the Sales Team with all Technical aspects regarding the products. You will be travelling to Client sites and back Minimum requirements: B. Eng. or BSc. Eng. Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering Excellent communication Fully Computer literate Must have a valid Driver's License and transport to work 0-2 years of working experience (Graduates welcome) Pump-related experience will be advantageous Assist in selecting and specifying pumps to best meet the customer's needs Compile technical reports and proposals Guides customers on a technical basis to the appropriate product Provides first-line technical support and consulting for pump applications On-site assistance with installation of products Do system analysis and fault finding on-site and compile reports with the necessary solutions and root cause analysis Assist Sales representatives in presenting proposed solutions to clients Required to meet or exceed Customer Support quality assurance standards on a consistent basis Consultant: Marelize Bester - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
