We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional who is passionate about people and driven to make a difference in the influencer marketing industry.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and universities to expand our talent pipeline.Employee Relations and Engagement:Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement action plans to address concerns and improve employee satisfaction.Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans and career paths for employees.Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.HR Policies and Compliance:Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Performance Management:Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management techniques and employee development.HR Administration:Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity in HR systems and files.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
