Medi-Caps University is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Web Developer & Web Administrator -Educational Qualifications & Experience:Should have degree in Computer Science Engineering / IT.Minimum two years of experience in relevant field.Web Developer KRAsDesign and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.Develop server-side logic, databases, and APIs using languages like Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.Manage both front-end and back-end tasks to deliver complete web applications.Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Write and run unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and performance.Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.Implement best practices for search engine optimization to increase site visibility.Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in web applications.Ensure that web applications comply with data protection regulations and standards.Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.Regularly update website software, plugins, and content management systems (CMS).Implement and manage regular backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.Manage web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx), ensure uptime, and troubleshoot server-related issues.Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.
