Thousands of sales teams across the world use Klenty for their Sales reps to automate their sales process.Based out of Palo Alto, California, our 100+ workforce cater to clientele across NORTHAM, LATAM, EMEA and APAC..With over 3500+ customers all over the world, we are on a mission to transform every B2B Sales team into an unstoppable forceJoin us in building the future of sales engagement software.Responsibilities and duties:~Design and create enticing animations~Prepare the design plan, concept and layout for the project~Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics~Select and edit video tracks for the animation~Edit artwork illustrations and infographics used in the animation~Proven working experience in motion graphics, video editing, development and post-production with an impressive body of work~Should have excellent knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Animate CC, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop)~Ability to work with infographic artwork with speed and precision~Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, colour, composition, layout, etc.)~Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and PowerPoint~Maintain file structure of draft/completed artworkRequired Experience & Qualifications: ~Min 2 years relevant experience in video production and motion design~Expert level command of the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.~An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in 2D animation, compositing, design, and video production and editing~Excellent presentation skills and storytelling ability~Ownership and accountability for work and outcomes—with a dedication to the details and the big picture—and a focus on the best outcomes~Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly, simplifying creative solutions wherever possible~Ability to approach others with humility and learn from different perspectives, actively helping to build a culture where everyone feels they can be themselves—and be successful~Ability to give and receive creative feedback with respect and humility, generously and willingly investing time to help others grow~Excellent time management skills and an ability to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail~Curiosity and willingness to explore, ideate, and experiment PRB
