Knowledge of power electronics, thermal management and algorithms. Work on cross-disciplinary problems related to power electronics, thermal management, and algorithms. Motor development software experience like MotorCAD, FLUX Motor, Flux or other software. Experience with thermal management simulation in MATLAB/Simulink or any other tool. Knowledge of fundamentals safety (ISO26262), IEC/ EN & IE standards. Strong knowledge and designing in DC & AC motors, special electrical machines (BLDC, PMSM, SRM & SynRM) Strong knowledge of electromagnetics and flux. Setup & maintenance of electric motor dynameter. Motor thermal and IP standard knowledge as well as software knowledge of thermal analysis. Knowledge of motor orientation control. Exposure to regulations and standards of HEV/EV such as AIS 038, AIS 102, AIS 048 & AIS 084, etc. Good knowledge in battery assembly & packing. Knowledge of CAN communication protocols or other communication protocols. PCB design and circuit analysis knowledge. Knowledge of debugging & measuring instruments (DSO, DMM, LCR meter & Protocol analyzer, etc.) Basic knowledge of 3D routing electrical harness using CREO parametric and experience in windchill and SAP. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and systems. Proficiency in using CAD software for schematic design and layout. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Project management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. PRB
