Job Summary:The Sales Executive is responsible for selling company products and services to targeted customers within the assigned area of the branch. The role involves attending all enquiry calls within the Turn-Around Time (TAT), generating leads through door-to-door activities and cold calls, and conducting various Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to promote the company's offerings. The Sales Executive will also focus on maximizing capacity utilization by generating sales from low utilized elements within the assigned area.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Lead Generation:Sell company products and services to targeted customers in the assigned area.Attend and respond to all enquiry calls within the stipulated TAT.Generate own leads through door-to-door activities and cold calls.Submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.Promotional Activities:Conduct weekly BTL activities such as kiosk activities, leafleting, and brochure distribution.Participate in on-ground activities and group activities to counter competition.Capacity Utilization:Identify and generate sales from low utilized elements within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization.Eligibility Criteria:Educational Qualifications:SSC/ITI/Diploma/Intermediate/GraduationRequired Documents:Driving License or Learning LicenseAadhar with full Date of BirthPAN CardEducational DocumentsSkills and Competencies:Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive and self-motivated.Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.Basic understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
