Catering to a diverse clientele including small to large enterprises across various sectors, MNS has a dynamic workforce of >150 employees, driving its vision of delivering comprehensive credit management solutions globally.We are looking for a Regional Business Head to spearhead our operations and growth strategy in the Delhi and Northern India. This leadership role is instrumental in driving growth, enhancing regional presence, and leading a team towards capturing the myriad of opportunities in the banking sector. As the Regional Business Head, you will have the opportunity to influence our market presence and contribute significantly to our success in the region.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Chart the course for business expansion and market penetration across the Northern Region, including Delhi, in line with the company's strategic goals.Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of success and accountability.Client Acquisition: Develop key relationships with top-tier Banks, understanding their needs to tailor bespoke risk management solutions.Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of regional economic trends, regulatory changes, and industry shifts to proactively adapt business strategies.Performance Management: Set regional targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded.Cross-Functional Synergy: Ensure alignment and collaboration across functions, including operations and IT, to deliver seamless service offerings.Operational Excellence: Oversee the integration of new business processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Over 15-20 years of proven experience in a regional leadership role in banking domain, with a track record in the financial services industry, particularly in risk management.Demonstrated success in building, managing, and inspiring teams to achieve business growth.Robust network and established relationships within the Banking sectors.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.This position involves a combination of office-based work and external meetings, with opportunities for travel to client sites and industry events.
