Educational Qualification & Work Experience: • A Mechanical Engineer / Diploma• Work Exp - Engineer 1-2 yrs / Diploma 2-3 yrs • Understanding Vessels fabrication drawings knowledge about Spares of the bought-out items such as Centrifugal, volumetric pumps / valves / instrumentation etc. • Knowledge about MS Excel would be added advantage. Reporting • To the Sales Support Team Leader Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Primary: 1. Create Techno Commercial quotations for the Critical / Recommended spares for the plants supplied by Desmet. 2. Co-ordinate with the Desmet's Customer Service Area Sales Manager to provide the Techno- commercial offers as per their request. 3. RFQ to vendors and business partners for spares of Bought-out items 4. Maintain the Cost list for the prices 5. Identify any information requirement to complete the tasks and communicate it to relevant stakeholders on timely basis 6. Identify improvement areas to add value to the services provided by the organization 7. Seek feedback from relevant stakeholders to improve services across different areas of business 8. Ensure acceptable quality & delivery schedule for all deliverables 9. Support and work closely with team leader / team members on internal initiatives to improve overall services including standardization, cost reduction and reduction in overall time taken to deliver the services Secondary: 1. Ensure meet 100% technical requirements on the assigned tasks 2. Maximize reusable standard documents 3.
