Education Criteria : • Qualified Professionals from Premium Institutes in B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science Experience Level : • 1 to 3 years of experience Technical Skills (Essential) : • Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Industry • NOC (Network) experience • Willing to work in shifts. Technical Skills (Desirable) :• Excellent communication skills • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time and ensure all issues are properly logged• Comfortable working in a team, also with members of other teams (Development & QA) when needed.• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools and environments. Roles and Responsibilities: -• Candidate should possess excellent verbal & written communication in English.• Should be willing to work in a 24x7 operational environment. • Monitoring of IT systems, applications, networks, servers & Cluster etc. • Should have good presentation skills. • Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters and accordingly take decisions. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations with a sense of ownership & accountability.• Reporting, co-ordination, escalation for resolution of alarms. • Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on systems and networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution).• Scheduled/ preventive maintenance management, start/All clear notifications to stake holders.• Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for ITOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations. • Tier-1 support and troubleshooting of faults, alarms. • Interface with other departments/vendors on network problems and follow through to resolution. • Daily, weekly, monthly report generation.• Troubleshooting L1 • Implementing and monitoring systems security products and procedures • Monitoring infrastructure environments and application services; identify issues according to SOPs and experience, escalate identified issues for resolution when necessary.Location : • Chennai PRB
