Designation- Creative Art Director- HeadExp- Min 8 yearsSalary- Open to discussLocation- GurgaonShare your work portfolio along with your resume- MandateCandidates with a Less Notice period will be preferredWork activities may vary depending on the size of the agency or company and the number of clients, but responsibilities include:Building an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projectsTaking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or departmentDeveloping ideas for advertising or promotional campaignsPitching concepts to clients if you work at an agency, or presenting to directors if you work in-houseOverseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presentedLiaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issuesUnderstanding the commercial aspects of the agency or marketing departmentHiring and managing the creative team.Daily and Monthly Responsibilities· Supervise a cross-functional team of creative directors, graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, art directors, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables· Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments· Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner· Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges· Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences· Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverablesSkills and QualificationsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their bestStrong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills in order to make outstanding pitchesPlenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients' visionan awareness of current trends in advertising and designa self-starting attitude and an open outlookResilience under pressure and against deadlinesan understanding of how creative roles complement other departments, such as finance and data managementKnowledge of the software and applications involved in the creative processSkills in managing people, projects, and resources.Preferred QualificationsPrior project management experience, with a focus on creative directionMasters in marketing, graphic design, or related field.8+ years of agency experience.Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.Experience leading and managing creative teams.Strong concept and strategy development skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong creative mind.·Share your work portfolio along with your resume PRB
