Our content is meticulously crafted through engaging and immersive lessons that utilize a mix of text, audio, and visuals to enhance the Learner's understanding.What makes this job special:We're building a global language learning product out of India.We're leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI tech to build our experience and content.We're going to scale to many more foreign languages across the globe.Initial users are loving our product already, we're rated 4.9 stars on the App Store.We're able to design and build a much better learning experience through our content than Duolingo, and our users attest to this as well.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and product performance using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance product features and drive user engagement.A/B Testing: Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience.Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to inform product development and strategy.User Insights: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user needs and preferences.Features: Work with product managers to identify data needs for rolling out new product features.
