Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting the organization's growth and fostering a positive and productive work environment.  Duties and Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:·        Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.·        Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.·        Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.·        Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Employee Development and Training:·        Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.·        Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance employee skills and competencies.·        Support career development and succession planning initiatives within the organization. Performance Monitoring and Management:·        Implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and management system to drive employee productivity.·        Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on performance evaluations and goal setting.·        Address performance-related issues and conduct disciplinary actions as necessary. Employee Relations and Engagement:·        Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and grievances.·        Promote employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs.·        Develop and implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation. HR Policies and Compliance:·        Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.·        Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.·        Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. HR Metrics and Reporting:·        Track and analyze HR metrics, such as training effectiveness, etc.·        Prepare HR reports and present findings to senior management.  Requirements:·        Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.·        Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.·        Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.·        Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.·        Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.·        Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
