The Sr. Online Copywriter is responsible for supporting multiple online channels by writing promotional, nonproduct, informational, article, buying guide, how-to, alternate/meta and legal disclaimer content for Lowes.com. Through program research, brand & vendor information and understanding of complex business requirements, the Sr. Online Copywriter creates high-quality digital customer-facing content that evokes a positive online customer experience while driving relevant SEO keywords and compliance to ADA standards and best practices. Core Responsibilities:Writes merchandising, promotional, event & informational content to customers shopping for Lowe's products and services online. Works cross-functionally across the enterprise, engaging with other contributors, stakeholders and Managers, as well as across Technology partners, ensuring key relationships are fostered with our omni-channel partners. Collaborate with Merchandising, Promotions and Events, Marketing, and Search and Taxonomy stakeholders to meet writing deadlines Responsible for training junior Copy writers on copy writing Events and Promotional copy as well as disclaimers for legal manuscripts that accompany Event and Promotional copyResponsible for copy writing Category page and SEO copy to boost search engine rankingsResponsible for developing skillset to document and communicate business impacts, outages, and moratoriums, providing business updates regarding the release statusPrimary SkillsStrong Copy writing skills (voice, tone, grammar, consistency, spelling, punctuation) Knowledge of US English and Associate Press Style guide · Ecommerce, online/omnichannel retail experience Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a large organization ·Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership Strong execution skills and able to drive operational excellence Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience(4 Years - 8 Years only) PRB
