Responsibilities: • Conceptualize compelling content for various media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and objectives. • Develop and execute an overarching content strategy for the organization, aligning with business goals and target audience preferences. • Create and maintain content calendars to schedule and organize content production and distribution. • Collaborate with the Marketing head to leverage content as branding and revenue generation tool, devising innovative ways to engage and convert audiences. • Coordinate with in-house content writers and external agencies to ensure a consistent inventory of high-quality content across all channels. • Utilize structured, topic-based authoring and information architecture principles to optimize content organization and accessibility. • Understand customer behavior and preferences, adapting content to effectively influence and engage target audiences. • Define recommendations for content standards, and improvements, and identify content gaps to drive continuous enhancement efforts. • Prioritize customer-related feedback and bugs for continuous improvement efforts, working closely with customer-facing stakeholders. • Evaluate the impact of content decisions and strategies on various areas across the organization, including Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Production. • Collaborate with the New Product Development team to ensure "content readiness" for new product releases, presenting content highlights and challenges during regular reviews Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation and strategy development. • Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency work is preferred. • Degree in mass communication from a premier institute. • Familiarity with market automation tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, or Clever Tap is advantageous. • Strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to tailor content accordingly. • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing content production processes. • Exemplary presentation skills for effectively communicating content strategies and recommendations. • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Note: This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead content strategy initiatives in a dynamic environment, contributing to brand growth and customer engagement across multiple channels.
