Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for digital wealth management, aligning with the overarching business objectivesIdentify market opportunities and drive the development of innovative products that meet the unique needs of investorsFocus on increasing product penetration and building strategies to drive wealth products.Provide specialized solutions in wealth and asset management, catering to the investment needs of clients by offering research-based advice in Wealth products, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured products.Spearhead the development of industry-first end-to-end digital journeys, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience in specialized digital wealth management solutions.the increase in adoption of digital wealth products among target clients and gauge satisfaction levels through regular client surveys.the introduction of new digital wealth products to the market and monitor the achievement of business targets related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Client-Centric Approach:with client relationship teams to understand client needs, preferences, and market trends.a client-centric approach to product development, ensuring that solutions are tailored to the specific requirements of our clientele.HNI & UHNI clients through digital channels, suggesting and promoting financial products, and achieving business targets.responsibility for digital product penetration, increasing digital client wallet share, and driving business growth within the digital wealth and family office sectors.the acquisition of new clients through digital channels and track the percentage of a client's total wealth managed through digital wealth products.the achievement of business targets related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the digital wealth segment.API Architecture and Integration:Spearhead the envisioning and execution of API architecture, enabling experimentation with multiple digital journeys for enhanced client experiencesDrive faster go-to-market strategies across Mobile App, Web, and WhatsApp platforms, leveraging your expertise in API development.Provide actionable insights to optimizing client engagement and enhancing overall operational efficiencyLead technical discussions and integration efforts with industry-leading MarTech toolsto gain deep insights into customer behavior to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Envision and build an innovative communication module within CRM, designed to facilitate real-time communication with users across various channels.Utilize this module to send personalized communications via email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.Track the time taken to implement and launch new digital journeys or features enabled by API architecture, along with metrics indicating improved client engagementMeasure the reduction in operational costs or processing time achieved through API-driven automation and integration efforts.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including investment management, legal, compliance, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of products and services.Lead collaboration efforts to enhance the overall client experience and optimize operational processesInnovation and Differentiation:Drive innovation within the product portfolio to differentiate our wealth and family office services in the marketStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a cutting-edge product suite.Evaluate the perceived differentiation of the organization's digital wealth offerings compared to competitors and track the adoption rate of emerging technologies within digital wealth productsTeam Leadership:Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance in achieving departmental and organizational goalsFoster a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement within the product team.
