Position: Content WriterCompany: K and A Technology Pvt LtdLocation: H Block, Sector 63, Noida, UPType: Full-Time Onsite (Monday to Saturday; Alternate Saturdays Off)Experience: 2+ YearsCompany Description:K and A Technology Pvt Ltd  is an IT company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh that provides Dynamic IT services worldwide.Responsibilities/KPIs:Develop creative and compelling copy for a variety of digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and concepts that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.Create and distribute content to support the company's marketing goals. This includes writing long-form content such as blogs and articles, as well as other shorter forms of content.Write copy that is optimized for SEO and follows SEO writing best practices. But more importantly, create content that is insightful and adds value to our target audience.Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates key messages and motivates action from the target audience.Edit and proofread copy to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and copywriting, and incorporate innovative ideas into content development strategies.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.Proven track record of creating compelling and engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.You should absolutely love writing and storytelling.Should be a creative thinker.You follow popular culture (memes, shows, slang etc.) and understand US/global cultural contexts.Comfort with social media platforms like , Quora, X, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit.You understand our target audience - Sales and Customer Support - and know how to make content engaging and insightful for them.Salary: Salary offered for this position is up to INR 25,000 per month.How to Apply:Interested candidates who meet the above requirements can send their updated CVs to hrd@kandatechnology.com or via WhatsApp on +91-9818714084.Note:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further assessment.
