The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional IT teams and a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a cross-functional IT team, including software developers, QA engineers, system administrators, and support staff.Oversee all aspects of software development projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to implementation and deployment.Ensure the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders.Develop and implement best practices for software development, quality assurance, and project management.Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and resource allocation.Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and IT management.Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity. Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement across all IT operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in a software development leadership role.Strong technical background in software development, with proficiency in .NET, and familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.Experience managing cross-functional IT teams preferred.Excellent spoken English communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate with external stakeholders.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure is preferrable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software projects simultaneously.Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum Master are a plus.
