About UsJiach Energy Solutions (JES) is an Independent Provider of High-end oilfield Equipment's and services specializing in Drilling, Well Completion &Production.Our Company JES act as a supplier of Rig Equipment's and accessories, Downhole Tools, Completion Equipment's, Artificial Lift etc.We provide Services for Inspections, Services, Repair and Overhaul of Drilling Equipments with parts supply, Technological solutions, Project management & Consultancy Services in Oilfield.www.Jiachenergy.comJob DescriptionBusiness Development ManagerAs the Business Development Manager, you will continually develop, improve, and communicate action plans internally and externally to customers to surpass customer expectations and secure JES as their preferred supplier and partner, consequently improving market share.To define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.To identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.Primary Responsibilities• Under broad direction of JES Management, International Partners, utilizes subject matter expertise and established client relationships to sell Company products and services and achieve maximum profitability and market penetration/share.• Demonstrate a strong skill set in providing customer solution sales by uncovering customer pain points and providing a solution to manage or eliminate those pain points.• Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers to develop strategies designed to help customers meet their high-level goals and solve customer challenges.• Be a team player and always work toward the best possible result for JES as a company.• Service and grow existing customers of JES.• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.Qualification & Requirements:Technical degree (preferably in Petroleum Engineering, but not mandatory) with 8-10 years of professional experience of which at least last 5 years should be in Oil and Gas/ Energy Industry.MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.Minimum 2 years of Sales account management required.Familiarity with drilling, well completion, production, and artificial lift equipment is an advantage. Should have Strong Communication skills.Should have good presentation skills, Strategic thinking, presentation building skills & command of English language.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)Problem solver with an attention to detail.
