In this role, you will based at Clarion's Pune Head office and report to COO. In this high impact role you will enable the success of Clarion's aggressive growth plans by acquiring new customers in global markets. You will lead, coach and develop a world class Inside Sales team and Sales Partner channel. If you are passionate about B2B sales in International Markets, love to understand and solve customer pain areas and work collaboratively with cross functional teams, this is the role for you!What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)A High performing Inside Sales team for acquiring new customers in global markets.lead generation.sales closures.develop and retain top talent.and lead Sales Partner Channel.& execute sales strategies.efficient utilization of CRM tool for end to end Sales process, tracking and reporting.new and innovative channels for generating sales leads.What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)years of experience with at least 3 years as Sales Head or in Senior Sales Role.Sales Management skills.experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales.leadership skills with strong coaching, training and development skills.communication & presentation skills.to learn & grasp new areas.Flexible, Open to new ideas & willing to adapt PRB
