 JOB DESCRIPTION - Tour Consultant - LeisureJob Title :-Tour Consultant - LeisureDepartment:-New EnquiriesHierarchy Level:-Entry LevelPay Structure :-Rs. 20-25000/- per monthReporting to:-Destination ExpertLocation:-NoidaJOB BRIEFTo prepare and develop new proposals based on specific enquiries for;> Outbound Destination (Worldwide) - 90%> Domestic Destinations (India, Srilanka, Nepal & Bhutan) - 10%PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITYAnalyse the complete communication between the Destination Expert and Client.Understand the Client Psyche based on the communication flow and specific requirements.Scoping of the complete plan as per the requirements.R&D on the cost elements based on client's budget and requirements and choosing the right elements Working out on the costing sheets as per the cost elements.Working out on the proposals/ documents/ terms and conditions based on the requirements and costing sheets.Reviewing of the documents to be sent for Quality check.Forwarding the proposals to the clients.EDUCATIONMinimum Education:-Diploma/ Graduate/ MBATechnical Education :-Diploma in Tours (Preferable)Experience :- Prior experience in Outbound ToursEXPERIENCEMinimum Experience :-1 Years +BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLSOne should be Fluent in EnglishOne should be Good with Communication Skills (Writing & Speaking Both)One should have Knowledge in MS WordOne should have the skill to learn and understand new destinations.One should have the skill to evaluate the complete requirement.One should have clear Understanding of the basics of the destinations - in terms of choosing the right hotels, transfers, sightseeings and other elements to compile a complete tour package along with the itinerary.One should have the skill to Understand to compile revalidated information in a document.One should have the skill to Understand the correctness of the content and information.One should have the skill to evaluate the complete requirement.We hereby request the candidate to apply to this job opportunity only if your resume matches all the above prerequisites.Best RegardsTeam Memorable PRB
