Specialist ServiceNow

Job DescriptionServiceNow developer will responsible for leveraging the various ServiceNow functionalities in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM modules, GRC and Scoped applications to convert technical specification into working solutions.Leverage Service Portal framework to improve the user experiences on the IT Portal interface.Build integration with other third-party and in-house system using ServiceNow standard connectors/custom solutions as required.Work with the business partner to validate the solution and assist in the successful migration of products to Production environment.Take part in process improvement initiative to standardize the solution on the ServiceNow platform.Involve in platform maintenance activities including cloning and ServiceNow version upgrade activities to stay current with the ServiceNow releases.Prepare process flow and user guide documents based on the needs of the projects.Troubleshoot open incidents and perform RCA (root cause analysis) of the same.Support business users with any functional related queries, post-delivery of the business requirements as and when needed.Desired Candidate Profile7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow DevelopmentWell-versed with Server-side and Client-side scripting on the ServiceNow platforms.Experience in developing and configuration of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management and other ITSM modules.Service Portal Implementation experience.Experience in install, upgrade and maintenance of ITOM components including Mid Servers, Discovery schedules and troubleshoot discovery status for any issues.Performance Analytics implementation experience.Experience in requirement gathering, business documents creation and presentation.Good communication and analytical skills.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Knowledge of ITIL process is a plus.
