Job description Ensure compliance to HSE policy and standards. Ensure compliance with local regulations. Ensure Production KPIs & Targets are met safely and within standard Quality.ResponsibilitiesTo adhere to the HSE rules, wear safety gadgets as instructed, and influence others. Ensure optimum utilization of available resources all the time to run the section, resilient to cope unplanned stops and issues. Implement 5S to keep the working area clean and tidy Minimize the generated waste and control according to company standards & local regulations without any harm to environment and emphasize recycling principles Conduct the daily regular safety and quality walks and follow up on any HSE related issues regarding on-site accidents, spillages, damages to Forklift, loss/damage to factory property, etc. to be reported to the section supervisor. Ensures assigned HSE action rolling list is attended to on time and in full. Conducting time & motion study, highlighting the findings and leading the implementation of countermeasures Adhere and implement to the departmental SSOPs, conduct the trainings, and improve where needed Conduct proper training for new joiners Lead process improvement project, seek the continuous improvement Ensures OEE targets are met safely and within quality standards Ensure products of Fosam meets the standard image of Fosroc in the market Make sure that the machines are running smoothly and ensure that all maintenance requests are issued in a timely manner without delays. Report waste due to non-complying production. To improve the control over finished goods and raw material stocks Report manufacturing batch cards and update in timely manner Ensure tight control of quarantine stocks and its work away. Ensure that required production quantities as per schedule are delivered on time and in full. Monitor the RM usage route and minimize the variance sources Conduct tasks observation Prepare the daily production reports with all details Responsible to achieve and deliver the assigned objectives Set self as an example to colleagues in punctuality, commitment, respect for work hours, and dedication. Carry over additional duties as assigned by the General Supervisor, Senior Production Supervisor, and Plant Manager.Skills requiredESSENTIAL 1bachelors degree in engineering and manufacturing fields 2Able to communicate in English 3Good communication & interpersonal skills 40 3 years experience in manufacturing industries 5Good planning skills 6Good HSE Background 7Leadership skills DESIRABLE 1Industrial Engineering is plus 2Arabic & English speaking 3Excellent communication skillsEducational requirementsBachelor's degree in engineering and manufacturing fieldsJob role notesKey Working Relationships Internal General Supervisor, Senior Production Supervisor Production Manager / Factory Manager All company departments Operations Staff (Daily) Technical Staff (Regular) HSE function (Regular) External Bulk material suppliers
