Purpose of the Role:Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vision sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.Description of the role:Will be responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers within territoryAlso responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customersWill be responsible for distributor reviewsShould have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travelCandidate RequirementsEducation - Any graduation (B. Sc. - Preferred) - Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA - Marketing / SalesExcellent Communication skillsCandidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Consumer products industryStrong channel & distribution management skillsEssential Knowledge and SkillsThe incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges PRB
