Vice President [AutoCAD and Design]

Role and Responsibilities:Serve as the client solutioning lead on multiple concurrent proposals, provide creative direction and mentorship to design team members and own the development of design playbook and standards.Work with leadership team, account leads, and other stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of client needs and project objectivesStrategize and develop alternate solutions for the client to fit assigned programs and budgetGenerate innovative solutions that meet business goals and user needs, while adhering to ANSR & Client brand guidelines and technical constraintsProvide mentorship to the design team in creating detailed design deliverables, including design concept, floor plans, tender drawings, 3d views and design documentationWork closely with the design team and manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule 2Lead project discussions with clients as neededCollaborate closely with developers / landlords throughout the execution process to ensure that designs are executed flawlesslyProvide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverablesBe responsible for the ideation, development and maintenance of ANSR design standards and playbookConduct primary and secondary research on design methodologies, materials, finishes and color paletteStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team on a regular basisContribute to the continual improvement of design processes and proceduresFoster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the design teamMust Haves:Ability to function independently yet communicates downwardly, laterally and upwardly with easeExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issuesExperience in handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucialExcellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essentialManage work and deliver within a dynamic environmentExperience and Skills:Minimum 15-18 years professional experience in architecture design and client solutioningExceptional creativity and innovative design skillsStrong understanding of design thinking, design solutioning, design standardization and other design principles, preferable corporate interiorsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelors Degree in Architecture with Masters degree in Interior Design or equivalentNote:This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
