Order Management Representative

Work Location: Bangalore(Manyata Tech Park)Experience: 5 to 10 YearsShifts: Night Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM)Candidates within the Supply Chain Organization will possess characteristics that show:ability to grasp complex sales transactions and understand how to implement them in the SAP ERP system satisfying:accounting requirements and general understanding of revenue reporting rulesrequirementsrequirementsrequirementscapacity to develop and retain knowledge of manufacturer requirements in order processing to insure timely and successful transactions both downstream and upstream(AR, procurement, RMA, Vendor Management , Negotiation etc)an understanding of policies and processes and yet exercise judgement and flexibility in their implementation to allow for reasonable advancement of business activity without ridged and inflexible approach. Policies and processes are defined to set limits and provide direction rather than rigid and inflexible rulesCreate and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all transactionsCommunicate key Customer purchase terms and conditionsReconcile sales order submissions and produce valid system ordersFollow Life-Cycle of all orders to ensure Customer's needs are met in a timely mannerWork closely with Implementation to ensure that installation schedules are met with the Customer's satisfaction in mindTrack billing schedule to ensure timely accurate invoicing thus help business maintain cash flowsManage billing and conduct billing review to process various billing transactions, including subscription and milestone billing.Billing Reconciliation Satisfy Customer's as well as Business's invoice requirements to ensure that compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and policy are metDistribute customer invoices as appropriate, clarify and resolve customer billing disputes quickly and efficientlyAssist A/R in resolving invoicing disputes Maintain database integrity in all transactionsAbility to provide reports,in numerous formats., to multiple people and departments when requestedPossess passion for numbers and financial data, extensive product knowledge and systems knowledge to ensure all reporting requirements can be metStrong SAP Sales Distribution domain in Order management Good knowledge on contract review , contract based order processing Good functional skill set in Sales, procurement from Product based organization is a plusNeed to have experience in creation / amendment of sales orders reiteration of components in the order and exception management of such orders upon request from customers.Candidate should have experience in SAPExcellent in working with spreadsheetsIdeas on implementation of SLA and fixing TAT for each task to be completed accordingly.Managing the customer Schedules and Forecasting future sales based upon previous supplies and Material Requirement Planning raising enquiries for quotation and accordingly preparing quotation also maintain order book consistently. Co-coordinating with customer on timely basis and meeting their additional requirements.
